Intermittent login failures to Tradovate by a small subset of users

Some customers experienced Tradovate authentication issues between 08-04-2026 06:30am UTC and 08-04-2026 10:00am UTC. The issue was identified as a network fiber cut in the Chicago area and routing has been modified to adapt. It impacted a very small segment of users and we are working with the provider to ensure a full data failover path is developed and tested for the future.
